Here's a team-by-team look from SN's correspondents at cuts and other decisions by teams in the division: Houston Texans Coach Gary Kubiak called it "the toughest decision I've had to make" when he kept kicker Neil Rackers over Kris Brown, the last original Texan. Brown was 4-of-5 on field-goals attempts in preseason, and his only miss was a 56-yarder. |

The Jaguars received cornerback David Jones and a conditional draft pick in the deal, completed after teams made final cuts to get down to the 53-man roster limit. Nelson was the 21st overall pick in 2007 out of Florida. |
